The Digital Information Management program has interviewed online for student’s post cooperative education both in Thailand and abroad.

During the last week (19-24 May 2020), the DIM program reported the activities of students returning from internships in Thailand and internships abroad (such as Malaysia and Australia). Due to the prevalence of the COVID-19 virus, the DIM program has chosen an online interview method (Zoom Application). Participants include Dr.Naparat Chookerd (Head of department), 5 lecturers, and 18 students.

The DIM program places great emphasis on students’ cooperative, these activities divided into two parts. The first being an introductory professional experience in Thailand, and the second internship in the information profession, which focuses mainly on overseas countries. Dr.Naparat said, “Internship experience is the best way to show future employers that our students have the competency in their profession. However, having an cooperative abroad will help students stand out as people who challenge themselves to work in new environments and cultures.”

          In this online interview, the DIM program aims to inquire about work experience, organizational culture, living conditions, student adaptation, knowledge, problem solving, and the obstacles of Internships. So DIM program will bring the said information to improve to prepare the skills that are necessary for the students to better meet the needs of those organizations.
