Walailak University has emphasized the importance of the quality of teaching and learning. In addition to the quality of courses, the quality of the lecturer is also important. The university has adopted a teaching management system; The United Kingdom Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) from the Advance Higher Education (AHE) ; to be used as a tool to develop university lecturer to be professional and meet international standard for teaching and learning. The UKPSF Professional Standards for Higher Education developed to assess and certify the teaching quality development courses for lecturer and collaborated with higher education institutions to provide training and assess the quality of teaching and determine the academic standing of those who pass the assessment (Descriptors) with 4 levels: Associate Fellow, Fellow, Senior Fellow and Highest Principle Fellow.

Dr.Siriwatchana Kaeophanuek, holds Bachelor of Information Science Program in Information Studies Walailak University, Master of Management of Information Technology  Walailak University and completed a Doctor of Philosophy Program in Educational Technology and Communications. In addition, the professors specialize in Digital literacy, Web Design, e-Learning, Teaching design, Information management using relevant technology.
