Students in the ITD program study to visit the Division of General Affairs and Correspondence, Walailak University.

On November 13, 2020. Students in the Information Technology and Digital Innovation program, 2nd  year, the School of Information Science, led by Ajarn Kanjana Haruehansapong, study to visit the Division of General Affairs and Correspondence, Walailak University. The speaker was Mrs. Prapai Sriboon-ead, the head of the department and the correspondence.

This study visit, the field of study sees the importance of the DOMs system, it’s developed by the Division of General Affairs and Correspondence, Walailak University. Which is a system that focuses on enhancing agility and achievement with value to provide the university with a fast and modern work management as a high performance organization, which has been set up to have a document work done with the electronic document system, development of electronic work systems (Electronic Transformation) and Digital ( Digital Transformation), using electronic signatures (e-Signature) In the field of study, the Division of General Affairs and Correspondence were made to give a lecture on the system. To make students better understand how the system works and apply them to their studies and work.

 

The field of study would like to thank you Ms. Prapai Sriboon-ead, Head of the Division of General Affairs and Correspondence, the honor to describe the work of the DOMs, who are knowledgeable about digital office management systems as well. In order to students to have a better understanding and hope that students can apply the working process of the system and apply it to other courses or works.
