Information Technology major to push the students to “Super AI Engineer Thailand”.

On 13 August 2020, Information Technology major led by Dr. Nichchanan Kittipattanabavorn held a meeting to provide the information of Super AI Engineer Thailand to 3nd and 4th year IT students.

Super AI Engineer is the program to develop the Artificial Intelligence (AI) personnel to drive the country in future. This is the collaboration among the society’s members, state and private universities and more than 40 organizations and 6 regions’ coordination centers. The activities of this program are as follows:

1. Select the candidates who have the determination and potential for ability enhancement in AI. 

2. Conduct a workshop by AI experts, system analysts, and the professionals in the target industry. 

3. Organize the competition to reinforce the ability for AI problem solving.      

4. Develop the system with AI.

5. Select the innovators, engineers, researchers, and AI startups.

Qualification:

·   General public, student at any level, Thai nationality, Age: 15 years old and up, who are interested in AI programming. 

·   Physical fit, good human relation, and good team player ·   Programming skill, at least one language, or  computer talent.

*** In case the candidate’s age is under 15 years old but he/she are the talent in AI, it will be an advantage. The consideration process will be as normal.

Information Technology major encourages the studetns to apply to the Super AI Engineer program. The meeting was held to provide the information, news, and activities of the program in order to ensure that the students would have more experience than studying in the classroom.
