Information Technology and Digital Innovation Program, passed The AUN-QA Curriculum Assessment.

On October 19, 2020. Information Technology and Digital Innovation Program, School of Informatics, Walailak University. Attended AUN-QA curriculum evaluation, with the chairman and committee members in this assessment were Asst.Prof.Dr.Apirak Payaka, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Chuchard Punsawad, and Prof. Supanit Wisadsatorn. The place of assessment is a meeting room on the 1st floor of Academic Building 6, Walailak University.

            Curriculum Evaluation means to judge quality, course performance or value which has to be a standard for judging quality. Collect relevant information and apply the required standards to judge the quality of those data. Assessing the course, the following questions must be answered.

            – How well the curriculum helps learners achieve the objectives of the course.

– How well the course works.

Course assessment is critical in creating new courses. The improvement of the existing curriculum, planning and allocation of resources is evident, which can be summarized as follows,

1. Knowing the problems you want to fix in order to importance, it’s will lead to setting goals and objectives of the operation.

2. Help you decide on solutions to problems, to be consistent with the needs of those involved.

3. Helps reduce wasted on budget, resources, manpower and time.

4. As a guideline for planning the event and implement plans to benefit in determining operational direction and further management.

5. To be a guideline for developing and improving organizations and departments.

6. Helps to be able to perform or implement according to needs.

7. Helps to identify real problems and to solve them on the spot.

8. It helps to explore problems and needs towards the course of action.

The Program of Information Technology and Digital Innovation, thank you to all the committees for assessing our curriculum, which of course will find ways to improve and fix defects found in the various components of the assessment, find a solution to improve the course management system supervision and organizing the teaching and learning process to be more efficient.
