“IT Mee Arai” Live program via Facebook

           Due to the popularity of social media among the modern audience, public relations tools and activities are changed. Social media are used as the public relations channel, including websites, blogs, Twitter and Facebook.  Public relations through social media must focus on the content freshness. The content should be presented prominently, easy to reach and giving the audience the opportunity to participate.

            Thus, Information Technology major, School of Informatics comes up with the idea of creating a public relations project through social media by using Facebook and Youtube channels to communicate and create awareness to target audiences through new channels. The program will feature a live broadcast on both the Facebook page of Information Technology and Digital Innovation and the Facebook page of Innovation of Medical Informatics, every Tuesday and Friday from 4.00-4.30 PM. The live video recording will be posted on Youtube channel: IT Walailak.
