On Friday, May 20, 2021, from 10:00 – 12:00. Dr. Yuttana Charoenruen, the DIM program lecturer, was invited to chair the conference on “Presentation of resource delivery service for libraries of Thailand higher education institutions” (online meeting). The host of this conference is the Center of Excellence in Information Innovation (IICE) in conjunction with the Walai AutoLib Project and the Thailand Institute of Higher Education Library Network. It is to offer circulation service and check-out library information resources to service users in the COVID-19 outbreak. In this discussion forum, IICE will use the conclusions from the conference to improve the system, including further research and development of applications, following and meet the needs of Thailand academic libraries. In a crisis like today, approximately 200 administrators and representatives of the Thailand academic libraries attended the conference.
