Nakhon Si Thammarat – On 9 March 2020,  Asst. Prof. Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh. Led 3rd year students, a total of 13 people studied of communication arts to observe the organization of radio broadcasting techniques and operation at the Radio Thailand, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Teaching and learning activities outside of the classroom this time, part of Moderator for Broadcasting Course. Communication Arts Program. In which the instructors coordinate with Radio Thailand, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, In bringing students to study and learn in real work. And join the discussion with Miss. Samanya Thomthisaeng, a Mass Communications officer,Professional Level.

In the afternoon, Miss. Samanya allowed the students to saw, how to organize and live the program “Ta Lon Aao Thai broadcast from 13.00-14.00 hrs. The atmosphere in the live broadcasting room of the radio station is lively and warm. Because students are involved in the program both foreground and background work. They’re help to answer calls from the house (phone in) which calls to talk and request music continuously, please note to list of song and song requesters. And join the discussion as well.

In the first phase of the program. Moderator asked the 2 students representatives of the program about the Coronavirus situation (Covid-19) In the Tha Sala area. Students provide information about students returning from Iran, as real people in the area, but he not a student of Walailak University. In addition, they’re described the atmosphere of Tha Sala District, which is quite lonely and reflects the shortage of face mask in the last week.

After the program. Students ask questions and ask for additional knowledge. Especially programming techniques to be adapted for MC Radio & Radio Thailand programs, which are programs of Communication Arts programs, it’s a program for students who learn about radio broadcasting to actually work as a moderator.
