On February 5, 2025, the Intelligent Information Technology Program at Walailak University hosted a meaningful academic support event titled “Peer Tutoring 2025”, designed to strengthen students’ learning and technical skills. The activity brought together senior students who volunteered to mentor and tutor their juniors, sharing study strategies and insights to help them succeed in their academic journey and future IT careers.
The event featured intensive tutoring sessions, hands-on workshops, and guidance on how to prepare for key subjects, including tips for midterm and final exams. The seniors also provided advice on time management, goal-setting, and staying motivated—essential skills for academic and professional growth.
What made the event even more valuable was the opportunity for juniors to hear firsthand experiences from their seniors about project development, internships, and how to navigate their career paths in the tech industry. This knowledge transfer not only helped clarify future directions but also sparked inspiration among the participants.
The atmosphere throughout the event was filled with positive energy, collaboration, and mutual support. Both tutors and learners engaged actively and genuinely, creating a warm and encouraging learning environment.
“Peer Tutoring 2025” successfully strengthened not just academic understanding but also the bonds between students. It reinforced a culture of shared learning and mentorship within the program—building a strong, supportive community of future-ready IT professionals.
