On Monday, March 9, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM, the School of Informatics at Walailak University organized a workshop titled “Building RAG Systems with n8n” at the BI Lab, Informatics Laboratory Building. The event aimed to equip staff with technological tools and enhance their working skills for the digital age.

The workshop was honored to have Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaowanan Khundam, Vice Dean of the School of Informatics, serve as the speaker and lead instructor. The session focused on developing foundational skills in building automation systems specifically for the staff of the School of Informatics.

The atmosphere of the training emphasized a hands-on experience. Participants not only learned theoretical concepts and practical applications but also had the opportunity to build the system themselves. This allowed them to clearly visualize how RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology operates when integrated with a platform like n8n. The knowledge and skills gained from this workshop can be directly applied to actual work processes, helping to reduce repetitive tasks, save time, and tangibly improve operational efficiency.
