School of informatics Collaborates with UniMAP to Enhance Academic and Research Excellence

The School of Informatics, Walailak University, warmly welcomed the executive team from the Faculty of Business and Communication, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), to strengthen ties and develop academic and research collaborations on Monday, January 20, 2025.

The meeting highlighted key areas of cooperation, including:
✨ Developing dual degree programs for postgraduate studies to provide diverse educational opportunities
✨ Student exchange programs focusing on academic growth and cultural exchange
✨ Internship collaborations to enhance professional experience for students

In addition to the discussions, the UniMAP delegation, led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dato’ Ts. Dr. Zaliman Sauli, toured the cutting-edge facilities of the School of Informatics, such as the Interactive Multimedia Animation and Games Studio Lab and the Digital Content and Media Studio. These facilities impressed the visitors with their advanced technology and potential for development.

This collaboration reflects Walailak University’s commitment to elevating education quality to international standards while fostering partnerships with leading regional universities. The university hopes this cooperation will enhance both institutions’ capabilities in education, research, and student development in the future.
