On April 24, 2025, the School of Informatics, Walailak University, organized a seminar to follow up on and report the progress of its operations in accordance with the university’s strategic plan (mid-year review) for the fiscal year 2025. The event took place at the 80-Seat Conference Room, 1st Floor, Academic Building 3.

The seminar was attended by the acting dean, acting associate deans, acting assistant deans, faculty members, and staff of the School of Informatics. The objective was to reflect on lessons learned, exchange knowledge, and report the progress of strategic implementation to ensure alignment with Walailak University’s development goals.

During the seminar, an overview of the school’s performance was presented, emphasizing the contributions of various departments that play a key role in driving the school forward. Moreover, heads of programs and curriculum chairs from all academic programs shared strategic plans, curriculum development approaches, and three-year forward-looking goals to align with the university’s strategic framework and key performance indicators (KPIs). The session also facilitated open discussions, reviews of current practices, and collaborative planning to ensure each program meets the university’s policy direction with efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to the academic seminar, the school organized a “Warm-Up Teamwork” activity aimed at strengthening relationships and unity among personnel. The team-building session involved light, engaging group activities that encouraged collaboration, communication, and emotional expression in a friendly and informal atmosphere. This meaningful experience helped enhance bonds between colleagues and boosted morale, allowing staff to return to their work with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
