School of Informatics Presents Innovation at WU INNOVATION DAY 2025 (WUID)

The School of Informatics, Walailak University, participated in the WU INNOVATION DAY 2025 (WUID) on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Hua Taphan Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Chulabhorn Medical Research Institute Building (Building A), Walailak University Medical Center.

The School presented its innovation, the “Informatics Fund and Budget Management System”, developed to address challenges in monitoring and reporting budgets that are often delayed, inconsistent, and prone to errors. The system enables effective financial management by allowing budgets to be categorized by divisions, programs, and expenditure types. It also reduces errors and provides accurate data to support future budget planning.

During the presentation, the School of Informatics was honored by the presence of distinguished committee members who evaluated the innovation and provided valuable academic recommendations. These insights will significantly contribute to further improvement and development of the system in the future.

Participation in WU INNOVATION DAY 2025 (WUID) not only highlighted the School’s innovative achievements but also demonstrated the capabilities, expertise, and commitment of its personnel in driving innovation to enhance organizational efficiency and contribute to sustainable development in society.
