School of Informatics Organizes Knowledge-Sharing Activity on Mental Well-Being and Teamwork

The School of Informatics, Walailak University, organized a knowledge-sharing activity entitled “Move Right, Eat Smart: Exercise Techniques to Reduce Office Syndrome and Nutrition for a Better Quality of Life” for staff of the School of Informatics for the academic year 2026. The activity aimed to promote physical and mental well-being in the workplace, while also fostering positive relationships and effective collaboration within the organization.

On this occasion, the School was honored to have Mr. Akkaradech Khongkham, Physical Therapist, Ms. Sudarat Khuboon, and Ms. Phawinee Saruno, Registered Dietitians from the Walailak University Medical Center, as guest speakers. They delivered lectures and shared their expertise on health care, workplace ergonomics, proper nutrition, and preventive approaches to Office Syndrome, enabling staff members to appropriately apply this knowledge in their daily lives.

The activity was held on Friday, 9 January 2026, at Color Beach Resort, Tha Sala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Organized during the New Year festive season, the School of Informatics also integrated team-building activities to strengthen unity, teamwork, and the exchange of experiences among staff members.

In addition, gifts and prizes were presented to participants to boost morale and motivation, contributing to a positive working atmosphere, stronger organizational engagement, and sustainable professional development in the future.
