The program stands out for its integration of diverse knowledge in both art and modern technology. Students can choose to specialize in either animation or digital games, with minor options in 2D animation, 3D animation, visual effects, or interactive design. This allows students to gain specialized expertise in interactive multimedia, animation, or game development according to their interests, and prepares them for careers in these fields.
The program is well-equipped with modern and high-standard equipment, software, and laboratories, including HoloLens, Oculus Quest, KAT VR, Rokoko Smartsuit, Adobe Creative Cloud software suite, and three iMac and PC labs dedicated to advanced animation and game processing. This setup enables students to develop skills in demand in today’s job market and gain practical experience in the industry.
The curriculum follows the international standards framework UKPSF (The United Kingdom Professional Standards Framework), emphasizing active learning and individualized student support. Faculty members are experts in teaching management and have industry experience in animation and digital games.
The program includes an integrated work-study component with an 8-month cooperative education placement and agreements with leading companies in the animation and game industries, enhancing graduates’ job prospects.
