Prof. Dr. Charlee Kaewrat for being awarded the distinguished "TOP 10 SDG PROJECTS 2026" recognition for the project entitled "Smart Care Platform for Guiding and Monitoring Physical Therapy in Stroke Patients." The award was presented following an oral presentation at the WU SDG Day 2026, organized by the Center for Academic Services, Walailak University, on September 15, 2026, at the Hua Taphan Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Walailak University Hospital Building.

The School of Informatics, Walailak University, proudly congratulates its operational staff on the remarkable success of the "Integrated Budget Management System" project at the WU INNOVATION SDG plus 2026 showcase. The initiative earned an outstanding score of 9.83 out of 10 in the Operational Innovation category for the year 2026.

The School of Informatics, Walailak University, extends its warmest congratulations to Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanitsorn Suriyapaiboonwattana, Lecturer in the Digital Content and Media program and Deputy Director of the Center for Library and Educational Media, on being awarded the prestigious Erasmus+ KA171 (Staff Mobility for Teaching) grant supported by the European Union.

The School of Informatics, Walailak University, proudly congratulates and honors Mr. Kritsapakon Janprung, an academic staff member specializing in Animation, Interactive Multimedia, and Games. His digital artwork was selected for display at the contemporary art exhibition within Creative Nakhon - The 7th Creative Nakhon Festival, themed "SACRED SECRET" (ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เข้ม | ขลัง). The festival took place in the Tha Wang district of Mueang, Nakhon Si Thammarat, from July 2–5, 2026.

The School of Informatics, Walailak University, continues to strengthen its international academic networks and collaborations. Recently, Associate Professor Dr. Bukhoree Sahoh, a lecturer at the School of Informatics, was invited as a guest speaker to share his vision and expertise in technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at two major international academic events.

The School of Information Science would like to thank all faculty, staff, and students for their collaborative efforts in implementing the 5S activities, which resulted in the School passing the annual 5S assessment on May 20th with a perfect score of 5.
