Led by Dr. Naparat Chukerd and students from the School of Informatics, Walailak University visited Sichon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, to film a video interview on the concept of reusing waste materials from various packaging, such as coffee bags, milk cartons, and snack wrappers, to create new products with added value and utility. Ms. Supanna Kaewtuen, President of the Baan Khao Sai Professional Development Group, generously supported the interview. Key points of the interview include:
- The origin of product development
- The concept of product transformation
- The process of transforming or molding products
- Expanding learning opportunities in the arts and crafts sector
- The time and income generated from producing items from waste materials
From beginning as a recipient of opportunities, the group has expanded to become a provider of opportunities. The wisdom passed down from previous generations has led to the development of valuable crafts, providing income and knowledge to students and community members. These efforts have enabled the Baan Khao Sai Community Enterprise Group to sustain its operations.
